Read the current product page

The current EcoEnclose GreenWrap page lists 19 in wide x 750 ft expanded, with a white tissue liner and a selected Kraft outer layer. We selected Kraft in the actual product options and observed SKU GWExBoxBW at $96. The selling unit is one case with a built-in tabletop dispenser, not a bare roll that can automatically be compared with flat-feed kraft stock.

Keep the two layers visible

The product uses an expandable honeycomb layer paired with tissue. Those layers have a different role from simply crumpling plain kraft into an empty corner. The supplier describes cushioning and presentation uses, but this reference has not measured expanded thickness, holding force or protection in a completed shipping configuration.

Do not invent an expansion factor

Do not treat 750 expanded feet as 750 unexpanded feed feet, or multiply the figure by an assumed universal expansion ratio. The active page and an older 14 in specification document also differ in stated width. We use the current 19 in statement and preserve the historical discrepancy rather than silently merging the two versions into one exact specification.

Use matching consumption measurements

If your packing process records consumption before expansion, you need a matching verified feed-length denominator before forecasting cases. If it records expanded finished length, keep that method explicit. Our planner refuses a mismatched basis rather than estimating a conversion from paper appearance. Ask the maker how to measure relevant use and confirm the selected dispenser contents before placing an order.

Two incompatible consumption records

A log saying 4 ft of expanded wrap per parcel cannot be combined directly with a stock field measured as 4 ft of unexpanded feed. The matching unit word feet does not make the quantities identical. Choose one verified measurement basis for both requirement and supply, and record it beside every number. The planner withholds a result when the selected bases disagree.

Do not add the liner length twice

The product description pairs a honeycomb outer layer with tissue. That presentation does not create 1500 ft of one interchangeable material from a 750 ft case. Counting layers may be useful for a component record, but total layer-footage is not the same denominator as the supplier expanded-wrap declaration. Keep the roles and selling unit intact.

The current width is the source used

The active page says 19 in, while an older supplier document says 14 in. Those convert to 48.26 cm and 35.56 cm respectively, a substantial difference for a workspace plan. We do not guess that one is raw width and the other expanded width because the compared documents do not establish that explanation. Ask about the current selected SKU instead of inventing a reconciliation.

Request a measurement convention

Ask the supplier how its expanded 750 ft declaration is determined and what measurement should be used for a repeatable consumption log. If a process uses a different convention, obtain a documented relationship rather than a universal ratio from an online photo. This reference has not expanded, measured or timed the material itself.

A case-level stock line

A useful inventory line can say GWExBoxBW, Kraft outer/white tissue, one case, 750 expanded feet declared, check date. Mark remaining expanded-equivalent length as unknown unless you have a defensible measurement. Do not use an outside roll diameter or the 22 lb unit-weight field to calculate a remaining expanded length in this site.
